Bless up everybody. I know I am Heins today and Heins say, oh, this is your daily cup of tea.

It's a beautiful day. A lot going on in the world right now. Wow. I took a sabbatical for

the last few days and just kind of enjoyed nature, kind of enjoyed my surroundings. I went

to Alberta. That's a province in Canada, if you're not a part of Canada. Beautiful lakes,

beautiful mountains. It's really beautiful to touch down and just take in everything that

nature has to offer. Life has to offer. This world has to offer. Is there so much going on?

I wanted to touch on something though that I feel probably most of us struggle with, at times in our

life. That is trust issues. We've all been probably through a situation and an experience where

the trust was broken. Maybe somebody was dishonest. Somebody did something where that foundation

within that relationship had nothing to stand on anymore. It could be a romantic relationship,

a friendship, family dynamic, whatever it is. I'm sure we have all experienced where the trust

is broken and then we adopt trust issues into our being. We will use trust issues as a code of

armor. We will say I have trust issues with people. But I think a lot of the times we have trust

issues with ourselves as well. It's because we find ourselves in these situations where the trust

continues to get broken or we continue to get hurt. And inside we have a lack of trust in

leading ourselves into the right situations. Again, leading ourselves in the right direction

because we find ourselves in broken relationships. So is it really that we just don't trust the whole

world or do we have a lack of trust within ourselves to bring in the right people into our life

or a lack of trust that we have the emotional maturity to go through these situations because nobody

is perfect. Nobody is 100% honest unless you God. But sometimes we lack that emotional maturity,

which is not a bad thing because emotional maturity comes with time. It comes with experience. It comes

with going through situations, going through love, going through friendships, going through heart
