So often when we think about balance, we think about perfect form.

We think about stillness.

We think about being in our center.

But we tend to forget that balance is an art and it takes time to actually achieve that

balance.

Think of a teeter taughtter.

One side goes up, one side goes down.

And when we are trying to bring more balance into our life, we will see a fluctuation

in our energies and our emotions in our life.

We will see ups and downs.

Things may seem like a roller coaster and may seem like it's very chaotic.

But this can be a sign that you are on your way in achieving balance.

You just find tuning to experiences.

You find tuning the energies within you.

Each day we have the opportunity to balance ourselves, to learn more about ourselves, our

body, our mind, our spirit.

These are complicated things, devices, and they are also simple.

But every single day we get to explore these parts of ourselves even more.

It's foolish to say that we know ourselves because once we say we know ourselves, we

are limited.

Because our mind is limitless.

This earth has so much to offer and experiences always reveal more lessons onto us.
