Hey everyone. Welcome back to Heel, Survive, and Thrive. Today I want to talk about trust issues and

kind of the trauma that just doesn't go away easily because you go through a lot and then you

just go into survival mode. And that's everyone. No one can escape that kind of pattern because

that's just how we're able to cope with what it is that we've been through, whether we're going through. And this kind of pattern because that's just how we're able to cope with what it is that

stuff that we're carrying around and we don't realize it.

That is probably one of the biggest things because if you don't know it's there,

then how can you even fix it, heal it, all of the stuff. And sometimes the hardest part is realizing that you don't know what's there, then how can you even fix it, heal it, all of the stuff.

And sometimes the hardest part is realizing that you do have trust issues still.

I think when after we go through an experience, we think we're healed because we've, you know,

worked on ourselves, but we still have remnants of trauma that we've been through. And that's normal. I mean,

no one's going to fully heal perfectly. It's not going to be perfect. It's up and down.

It's all over the place. And sometimes trauma comes up and rehashes itself and comes to a surface
