0:00.0	As we begin our time of prayer, take a moment, clear your mind and settle in.
0:16.5	Psalm 56, verses 3 through 4 says this,
0:22.6	When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.
0:29.0	In God, whose word I praise.

0:38.5	What can mere mortals do to me?
0:46.1	Uncertainty in life can be a breeding ground for fear.
0:52.0	Have you experienced this before?
0:55.4	Psalm 56 admonishes us to do two things in the face of fear and uncertainty.
1:05.1	First thing is to trust God.
1:10.7	The second thing is to trust God. The second thing is to praise God.
1:15.8	So as we begin our prayer time,

1:20.4	and give God praise in your own words.

2:11.5	We put our trust in you.
2:18.3	And we give you our praise, even in the midst of uncertainty.
2:30.3	Now, I want us to surrender any area of uncertainty in our own lives to God.
