Welcome to our Rosary meditation.

Let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for today.

Let's pray in a special way for Madison Coward Martin, a young woman who is battling a rare form of leukemia.

So we ask for Mary and Joseph and Jesus

to bring about her complete and quick healing and recovery.

And for this young father Troy Bettis who's battling a very aggressive cancer.

And for Deacon Mark Meese who had emergency surgery

for his recovery,

and we continue to pray for little Olivia canili to be healed of her seizures.

Now let's call to mind all those that you've promised to pray for so we'll pause for a moment.

Now, I do not like the fact that I cannot control things,

or prevent, or protect myself, or my loved ones, or things I've worked for against evil, suffering or loss.

In fact, I fear the evil that already has or could occur in the future.

Now many of you experience evil and suffering,

maybe a chronic illness, loss of a job and financial insecurity, loss of meaning and

meaning and purpose, maybe loss of a child or a spouse or a loved one or an

unwanted divorce and loneliness.

Maybe you've been let down by men or women in the church,

or maybe you are afraid of the direction the world is taking,

the dangers it poses and what might happen in the future.
