disparate list of things to talk about in today's episode just before we got

started. We were talking about the things that happened since the last episode, i.e. was last

week when we did a Tuesday as opposed to Wednesday or is that okay so it's a

little even a little more time than there

normally is between the two episodes and before we started the episode we

were talking about, remember that Trump immunity thing, way back when, a few months ago when the Supreme Court

justices basically let us know that like all bets are off and you know Trump should have

immunity for everything and let's not get into January 6th, let's not distract ourselves with January 6th.

This is, you know, the justices need to make the big decision for the ages about whether presidents should be immune. Now needless to say that was

not months ago that was like four days ago or not four days ago but I guess it was like

five days ago but pretty close right but in any

case there's stuff like that that almost seems like old news now but it was not

that long ago so we're going to talk about those things we're going to talk about the latest on the actual

Trump criminal trial, which quite possible that could be the only one we will see before the election this year.

I don't even want to get into the guessing and prediction game about whether it's going to be the only trial.
