Daniel, good to see you this morning. Good morning. Good morning. Good. Doing well. I'm going to start off with a little

economic tidbit that has occurred. We will be talking about foreign policy again.

A little bit.

Because we think we know what the foreign policy ought to be,

but our government doesn't seem to know or agree with us.

So we'll make our points, and hopefully we're on the right track

and that somebody will follow.

Because right now our foreign policy is a mess, which does, you know, leap over to economic policy as well.

Because foreign policy causes a lot of spending. It's sacred.

Foreign policy is literally, you know, DOD is a sacred budget. There's talk about cutting, but it didn't

happen. It hasn't happened with the new administration. So that continued. I want to reference

a heading on Zero Hedge today, which has very good reporting on economic events.

And the headline was, new home sales exploded higher in August, but prices soared.

Well, maybe that should happen in a free market.

You know, if there's a lot more sales, maybe that would push the sales up.

But it's a little more complex than that because government is so much involved. They're involved in a housing industry, but they're involved in the manipulation of the dollar or the manipulation of the interest rate.

So you do come up with some crazy reports.

And the one is that in July, there was a record number of cancellation of mortgage.

So people expected the sales to go down this month.

But it didn't happen.

The sales exploded.
