Good to talk with you. Well, good to be on, Carl. Thanks so much for having me on today.

Absolutely. Okay. So, Zach, this is a very short segment, so I'm going to go through a few things

and have you just answer as quickly or respond as quickly as possible.

Then I'd like to bring you back for another block if you don't mind because I want to make sure that we get through this piece that was in the hill.

Congress has the power to block Trump from taking office, but lawmakers must act now.

And now you and I have talked about this before.

But here's what they start off saying.

And I want to get your response. The Constitution provides that an oathbreaking insurrectionist is ineligible to be president, they write.

This is the plain wording of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment of the Constitution. No person shall hold any office, civil or military, under the United States or any

state who, having previously taken an oath to support the Constitution of the United States,

shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same or given aid or comfort to the

enemies thereof. This disability can be removed by a two-thirds vote in each

house. Now, I know that won't happen, Zach, but I want you to, I want you to respond to this.
