The tariffs, well, they might not be legal.

A federal appeals court, they just shut down most of President Donald Trump's tariffs.

It's going to go to the Supreme Court now.

They could decide whether these tariffs stay or go.

Now, look, first off, on whether Donald Trump's tariffs stay or go, well, Yahoo Finance said this. A federal appeals court

struck down most of Trump's Congress averting global import tariffs Friday in a dispute that's

predicted to head to U.S. Supreme Court. Yahoo News is

basically inserting their interpretation that Trump is avoiding Congress and putting tariffs in

place and so on. The big question is, well, is that the role of the president or the role of

Congress. If you go back historically in the United States,

tariffs, well, it was one of the only powers that the executive branch of the federal government

actually had. But they note this. The courts seem to disagree. The seven to four ruling,

it says, issued by 11 judges for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, D.C., allows the

tariffs to remain in place while the administration decides on an appeal to the U.S. Supreme

Court, meaning they're gone, but temporarily can stay unless the Supreme Court decides otherwise.
