Okay, listen, it is not that kid's fault that we are currently being led by monsters who are trying to destroy our closest allies but you can understand the sentiment that was from this weekend

after donald plunged our country for absolutely no reason whatsoever.

That makes sense anyway, into a trade war with our allies.

Okay.

He spent years obviously playing a game of economic chicken, threatening terrorists, making big promises,

demonstrating his complete and utter lack of understanding about what any of this means

or what the impact would be. And then, you know, sort of at the last minute, he backs down

when reality hits. I don't know if it's reality exactly. But, you know,

also to be fair, until the last two weeks, he has had no power, really, certainly not the last

four years to do anything about his bizarre fascination with tariffs. This time, at least thus far,

he hasn't backed down, at least not initially,

from Mar-a-Lago, which taxpayers are now paying for, no doubt. Donald announced a full-scale

trade war, rolling out 25% tariffs on imports from Mexico and Canada, 10% tariffs on

Canadian energy, and 10% tariffs on imports from China. What's his excuse? Well, that these countries

are responsible for fentanyl smuggling and illegal immigration because, of course, Donald comes, everything Donald

is doing in one way or another seems to come back to blaming immigrants for everything.

But it gets worse, which is always something you can count on what we're talking about. To make this happen, Donald declared a national economic emergency, invoking the so-called

International Emergency Economic Powers Act. This means he can now single-handedly manage

U.S. imports like he's playing 11-dimensional chess, when really what's

happening is, as usual, he's just kick it over the board. When are those tariffs set to kick in?
