Did any of you wake up with a really bad headache? Maybe just wondering why everything feels a little off.

Yeah, me too. And I was wondering if maybe it's because I still have my Liberation Day hangover.

Or we could all still be really, really drunk, which is possible because there was so much to celebrate.

Because according to Donald, everything's fine.

Everything is fine.

And any ancillary anxiety we have is just a figment of our imagination,

which would be great because wouldn't it be nice to think that his entire regime is a figment

of our imagination?

Just to convince us skeptics, he took to his failing social media site this morning to let us know

that the economy, which he is single-handedly destroying, is healing beautifully. And he did it in all

caps, which actually is so much more convincing to me. He wrote, quote, the operation is over, the patient lived and is

healing. The prognosis is that the patient will be far stronger, bigger, better, or more resilient

than ever before. I'm not saying that last phrase because, one, it's stupid, and two, it's absurd,

unquote. I'm not, well, actually, I'm a doctor. I'm just not that kind of doctor. But based on the

patient's vital signs, guys, we're flatlining. Take a look. All right, we begin this morning

with the fallout from new tariffs unveiled by President Trump. That opening bell ringing just

about an hour ago, but right now we are seeing a huge drop

as the U.S. stock market leads a worldwide sell-off.

The Dow Jones down about 620 points.

The Dow alone dropped more than 3 percent, and right now it's down nearly 1,500 points. Gary Friedman's on the call,

and apparently is notified in the middle of the call, that his stock was down 25%. Take a listen.
