have pre-sweeping power in the executive branch and in the form and position of the commander

and chief president of the United States.

And one of the places that they seek power is in any statute that has some aspect or

provision for purposes of helping the country in an emergency or in a crisis, they seem to be very, very hip and quick to say,

well, we've got a crisis, we've got an emergency, and therefore we have the break last moment,

and these extraordinary powers that are not generally available to a president,

and that Congress has not generally given to the president, we have and

we're going to exercise because everything is an emergency, right? We saw that in the Alien Enemies

Act and the question of whether or not people who are here from Venezuela or members of gangs,

is that an invasion that is being orchestrated by a foreign government or is it a predatory

incursion because if that's so then you get to do some stuff that's extra and different and more
