The week that was offered plenty of drama, both real and fake.

But let's start with the manufactured bullshit coming out of the GOP's Biden witch hunt.

And let's start with last Thursday, the House Oversight Committee held its first hearing of their official impeachment inquiry investigation as of yet unproven allegations of

abuse of power, obstruction, and corruption by President Biden.

The GOP invited three witnesses to testify before the committee.

Justice Department official Eileen O'Connor, law professor Jonathan Turley, and forensic

accountant Bruce Tabinsky.

So if Republicans were looking for a bombshell first hearing, well, they just

didn't get it because all three witnesses agreed that they would not be presenting any firsthand

witness account of crimes committed by the president of the United States. In his written testimony

to the committee, Turley, a George Washington

University law school professor, pulled by Republicans as a key witness for the hearing,

called into question the evidence Republicans have claimed to gather against Biden, who they

alleged benefited from his son, Hunter Biden's overseas business
