So, Ash, I have to say that performance in New York was really something.

What do you make of it?

My impression is that he has nowhere to go in this case.

So the best he can hope for is just to turn it into a complete circus

and make the story about the crazy that's happening in the courtroom

versus what the what the evidence is and the fact that he's probably going to lose.

Yeah, it's really interesting because we, I think a lot of people were hiping this up and

anticipating this is the first time we would see Donald

Trump under oath on the witness stand and I actually think yeah it was a big

disappointment I'm sure for a lot of folks because it was just it really was not something that you

should try to understand is legal strategy at all I think one mistake that

people have made here is they've tried to sort of understand what was happening

there in legal terms and I'm glad that your reaction was where it was I'm not

surprised because I think you know my reaction to this is as you said this is really about it was maybe
