I'm on the road again.

I'm out in Dallas, Texas, where I will see almost nothing of the city or anyone who lives here

because it is a very short trip.

Nonetheless, here I am in a different time zone, having exciting times. There's a lot of news, as

usual. The transition proceeds apace, breakneck speed. We're going to get into that. But before we

get into that, let's check on Vic. How you doing, Vic? Hello, Mary Catherine. I'm doing fine.

There's this wonderful, now very cold November morning here. I don't know what it's like in Dallas. It feels like winter has finally arrived.

In a while, we've had a very, very warm fall. It was, it's been very mild. So now it's, we're getting a reality checking in here. I love Dallas. So I don't really have anything for myself,

but I just want to say I love Dallas. I have, you know, Sunny Bunch lives down there.

It's true. As you know, my good friend Peter Lowe, who's a lawyer down there. And some of the

best, people are very friendly. And it's that sort of southern hospitality, even though Texas is not quite southern, southern,

but they're just nice folks.

Similar vibe, yes.

It is a similar vibe.

You know, people are, if you give them enough time, you'll find friendly people in New

England, but it just takes a couple years for them to warm up.

It's true.

You know, I don't know.

I think I was in, where was I had recently, Maine, you know, or Connecticut?
