The district attorney up in New York seems fairly confident or is he?

Because it keeps changing his mind on whether or not Donald Trump is actually going to be indicted.

We're going to discuss today the various charges that have been lodged against the former president.

We're also going to talk about is there any validity in any of them?

Is this political? Spoiler alert, it is, but we're also

going to explain why. And then we're also going to do something a little bit different. We're going to

go ahead and we're going to take off our partisan hats, right? We're going to put on our, our

analytical hats. And we're going to start to actually try to dig in and try to figure out

why would this be part of a larger strategy for the Democrats?

Is this all just about equality before the law and enforcing the law equally across the board?

Or is there a political electoral strategy involved?
