President Donald Trump is approaching his 100-day milestone in the Oval Office this week,

but the view of many Americans on what he's done so far has turned deeply negative.

That's according to a CNN poll conducted by SSRS, which found Trump's 41% approval

rating is the lowest for any newly elected president in at least seven decades, including

his own first term.

For Trump's performance on key issues, here's CNN's Harry Enten.

There's only one data point where Trump is above 45%.

It comes to his handling of gender identity policy.

He's at 51%.

Every other issue, immigration where he has long been above water, below water, 45%.

How about the economy?

My good disgrace, he was elected to fix the economy, just 39%. And of course,

the tarifford, 34% on that. I mean, the bottom line here is just very simply, the numbers for Donald

Trump are awful, awful, awful in this poll. But Americans are still closely split on whether Trump

has kept important campaign promises.

48% say he's doing a good job of it, while 51% say he's doing a bad job.
