As we know, Donald and the Republican Party got absolutely trounced in last Tuesday's election,

largely because Donald was on the ballot, despite his protestations to the contrary.

There was one central issue that proved to be an absolute loser for Republican candidates, cost of living.

As ABC News reports, quote, in three key races for Virginia

governor, New Jersey governor, and New York City mayor, Democratic nominees drew in huge numbers of

the electorate by attacking Donald and offering plans to tackle what exos polls showed was voters' top

concern. Affordability, unquote.

Remember all those promises Donald made during the 2024 presidential campaign about

lowering inflation and lowering the price of the groceries, you know, that very old-fashioned

concept that's making a compact?

Well, he was lying because that's what he does.

He lies like he breathed. He lies better than he breath, probably. So why would anybody, in their

right mind, think that Donald would be telling the truth about addressing affordability issues in 2025.

According to The Guardian, despite Donald's claims that inflation is quote unquote over and prices

are way down, a new Harris poll found roughly 75% of Americans across party lines say their

monthly costs have risen by at least $100 since Donald was sworn in.

That's because most people understand that what is actually happening in their lives is more

reliable data than the bullshit coming out of Donald Trump's mouth.

Additionally, polling by the Yale Budget Lab estimates Donald's tariffs will raise household

expenses by about $2,300 per year or roughly $191 per month.

For the average American household, that is a lot of money. And for many people,

it is not sustainable. Republicans, Democrats, and independents all say inflation is the biggest
