Hey, thank you so much.

We are coming to you just as the Rayshard Brooks case is growing in that prosecutors are laying out the case against the officer.

He's going to be charged with felony murder, along with several other things, including kicking Richard Brooks's dying body as it lay on the ground in the

parking lot of Wendy's. And, you know, for those of us like me and Danielle, who do not really

believe in the possibility of reform,

this is yet another plank in that argument as we're having this national conversation about the problems,

the epic problems of American policing.

Here we see again, cops losing control of a situation,

shooting someone in the back, and showing such disregard for his life and his body that not only did they not try to save him, but they kicked him while he was down. Danielle, we have that fact pattern.

We also know that his partner is going to take the wind to stand against him,

which is not something we normally see.
