So guys, I will tell you I rush to get this podcast out because I really think it's important to put some context on the recent news regarding the Manhattan DA's announcement of

announcement but I say the reports that's clearly that they've they've told the

Trump organization they've told its lawyers

that they are going to be indicting the Trump organization they're looking

not only that but they're also looking to potentially indict Alan Weisselberg, the CFO, for a much more limited set of charges than we otherwise thought that they were going to.

I, you know, I have talked a number of times in the

podcast to Dan Alonzo. I thought, let's get him on and immediately get this

into context because he understands what's going on so much better than anybody else I've been hearing talk about this because he wasn't just a federal prosecutor which he did for a while, but he also was the chief assistant district attorney in the Manhattan DA's office.

He was literally the number two guy to Cy Vance for quite some period of time.

And Cy Vance, of course, is the head Manhattan DA

who is bringing this and bringing these charges
