President Donald Trump says he's close to reaching a peace deal to end the war in Gaza and start

rebuilding the region. He met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House

today, where he laid out a 20-point plan for peace. It calls for an end to the war, releasing

the hostages left in Gaza,

for moving Israeli troops and more. Netanyahu says he supports the proposal and Trump claims

other regional allies do as well, but says they'll need to convince Hamas to sign on.

If Amas rejects the deal, which is always possible, They're the only one left. Everyone else has accepted it.

But I have a feeling that we're going to have a positive answer.

Trump says he would chair a transitional body called the Board of Peace to temporarily govern Gaza while the Palestinian Authority completes a, quote, reform program.
