We start with an incredibly high-stakes meeting for the future of Gaza.

President Donald Trump has just welcomed Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White

House.

Yesterday on Truth Social, Trump promised that, quote, something special is coming for the

Middle East as he pushes

for his administration's 21-point peace plan, which would include the release of all hostages

held by Hamas. Israeli officials say Netanyahu has reservations about the plan, while he said

this on Fox News yesterday.

It's not been finalized yet, but we're working with President Trump's team actually as we speak.

But despite the uncertainty, CNN's Elena Treene reports the White House is signaling optimism

on an agreement.

The thing that is the most notable that I would be paying the most attention to is that

they're going to have a joint press conference later this afternoon.
