This is Handel on the Law. Marginal legal advice where I tell you you have

absolutely no case. One of the issues that have happened over the last several years, which

absolutely stunned me was the January 6th overrunning of the Capitol. And it was, it's gone completely crazy in the aftermath because

those people who are Trump supporters believe that the election was stolen, believe that the

president should still remain the president, and that Joe Biden did not win the election.

Okay. And you can have that belief.

I mean, there are plenty of people who believe that.

The problem is you have those people who overran the Capitol.

And the argument that they tried to get in the way,

tried to destroy the democracy of our democracy,

I believe completely, because they wanted to stop the

transfer, the peaceful transfer of power based on an election, and that has not happened in the

history of the United States. That was the first. Just the overrunning of the capital was historical.

That only happened once before, and that was the war of 1812 when the British overran the capital.

And that was during a war, Americans overrunning the capital has never, ever happened.
