So there is a legal joke, which if you haven't heard, you live under a rock or you're deaf,

and has to do with a man who goes in and has to have his leg amputated.

It goes into the surgery.

And the doctor amputates the wrong leg.

And so obviously, that's a medical malpractice case,

and he goes to a med mal attorney, and the med mal attorney says, you don't have a case.

What do you mean I don't have a case?

They took away the wrong leg.

You don't have a leg to stand on.

Okay.

The worst joke on the planet.

Occasionally, things like that do happen.

Now, usually to not extent, but there is a case out of Florida where a Florida doctor has just

been indicted on a manslaughter charge for removing a patient's liver instead of his spleen.
