We have a lot of breaking news to run through Mike, including the fact that multiple ships have been fired at throughout the night while trying to pass through the Strait of Formuz.

I want to jump directly in with a timeline of what's happened thus far.

Yesterday at 8.45 a.m., so roughly 24 hours ago, Iran's foreign minister announced that the straight of

Formuz was completely open for all commercial vessels. This timeline is important because

then Donald Trump posted dozens of times, and I'm not exaggerating here, dozens of times

gloating in a grandiose manner about how the Strait of Formuz has officially been open for business. There's nothing

that can stop it. Nobody will close it down. Then at 10.20 a.m., Donald Trump posted his final

post saying the Iran and the U.S. are working together to remove all minds and are pushing forward.

For the next few hours, Donald Trump posted, you know, tens of more times over and over and over.

Suddenly, at 6.14 p.m., Iran's Speaker of the Parliament said Trump made seven claims in one hour, all seven of which were false.

Now, Iran has closed the Strait of Hormuz, and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps is firing at tankers

trying to go through the Strait of War moves. I caveated on my show yesterday when I was covering

Donald Trump's dozens of grandiose tweets. I said, do not believe him. This will very, very likely

backfire. Not that I wanted to, but that you can't believe the gloating of Donald Trump on truth social.

Then, as we did more research, we learned that Iran had agreed to this deal on the condition

that the United States stopped its own blockade of the Strait of Formuz, which effectively

cut off all oil from Iran. But Donald Trump decided, okay, we're not going to do that. What we're going to end up

doing is keeping our blockade, therefore further pissing off Iran and further digging us deeper

and deeper and deeper into this hole. Now it seems like we're escalating from point A again.

So we're at a point where the new goal for this entire war is to just reopen the

straight of Formuz and return to the February 25th of 2026 status quo, which was a few days
