How do y'all? Nope, doesn't feel good. Thursday, August 3rd, the day we are recording is national big forehead day.

Celebrate well-endowed foreheads deemed unattractive and shamed for far too long. Agree. Yeah, man. Agree. National everything day. All things are beautiful. Show off your foreheads. Who's deeming them unattractive other than this holiday? I don't know. Um, hiding my forehead. The man. The patriarchy. Big small forehead. Big small forehead.

I was going to say that I'm whatever in this holiday, but actually no, I'm into it. I used to think I had a big forehead and I got hooked on bangs, but I don't have a big forehead. And if I did, it doesn't matter, but I do like my bangs and they are staying.

Thanks are important. Good for them. But like, you know, I've had bangs for so long that I'm adverse to pulling them out of my face, but I should do that today. Well, we will make sure that on January 7th, we celebrate national bangs day. Is that a holiday? Yes, it is.

What do you have to assume? And then I looked it up and it's January 7th. Well, it really depends on what day of the week it is. So we'll celebrate. We'll celebrate the, uh, the insurrection and then national bangs. Should we? Should we, um, change this show to just being a weekly route, like a roundup of all the weeks, holidays, like, yeah, it's the most popular part of the show. So we should definitely do that. So we're so boring. Just the holiday. The news is boring. The news can be boring. We'll start with justice for J7 next year.

Exactly. Thank you. Okay. Finally, some justice. Fun fact about bangs. Uh, so David for the holiday. No, okay, go ahead. No, please tell me. I'm, uh, they would be giants as a band that I like personally. Uh, they had a very popular song called birdhouse in your soul, uh, back in the day. It was, it was like number one in the UK, and they had an album come out where they were like, very, uh,

chemistry like we could get another hit in the UK. Let's do like a song like that. And so they wrote a song called bangs about bangs. Banks and you for it. And apparently in the UK, that word means explosions. They call, they, like, they don't have a word. They don't use with the word bangs. So they heard the song like, what?

That's funny. It says. Explosive. I don't know how much of a hit it was. It's a good song. It didn't quite work because, uh,

Oh, the bangs from war or fireworks or whatever. That's a great story for national bang day. Yeah. I'm saving it.

Beautiful. I feel saved. I'm proud. Well, I'm practicing it. Oh, it'll be better. It'll be better at it next time. Right. Well, because of this, this strike, we're just going to wait exactly a wing. This doesn't count. Yeah.

When everything's settled, they'll be like, Hey, guess what? January 6th.

The summer camp reached out to National Day calendar this spring to get the day recognized nationwide. According to their website of the 18,000 submissions, the organization receives each year, only about 30 meet the needed requirements and are selected. What?

Requirement to be a day, this sent me down as it always does. I'm doing the research. And then I went on a holiday rabbit hole.
