Sotomayor with, I don't know what you'd call it.

what many people see at least as a partial victory for Trump could have been a lot worse

Trump did some things.

He gave speeches at the Capitol.

He told his Vice President, Mike Pence, to postpone

the counting the votes. He took some actions with electors from other states to submit different

plates of electors. He did lots of things honored before January 6 to try to keep

himself in office. After he left office, he was indicted by the special counsel, Jack

Smith, for a host of crimes.

And Trump argued, wait a minute, you can't prosecute me.
