0:34.4	trial, claiming that they needed a, quote, cool off period based upon the, quote, carnival
0:41.4	like atmosphere and, quote, attendant with all of the press associated with Donald Trump's
0:48.4	criminal arrangement in Manhattan.
0:51.3	And of course, Donald Trump took no blame in the letter brief to the federal judge for
0:56.7	a circus like atmosphere around his criminal arrangement and blamed Manhattan district
1:03.2	attorney Alvin Bragg entirely.
1:06.1	As we reported here on the Midas Touch Network, Donald Trump's letter brief asking for this
1:11.4	delay is more of the same from Donald Trump, delay tactic after delay tactic.
1:16.9	And we believe that judge Lewis Kaplan, the federal judge in this case, who has already
1:21.4	called Donald Trump out for these delay tactics was not going to be supportive of Donald Trump's
1:28.2	request to delay, especially when Donald Trump was the one who sought out a circus like
1:34.1	atmosphere for his criminal arrangement, when the Manhattan district attorney offered to
1:39.1	do it by zoom.
1:40.1	And we also predicted that E. Jean Carroll's lawyers would call Donald Trump out for his
1:45.9	hypocrisy.
1:47.3	And that is exactly what they did in this scathing letter that was just sent to judge Lewis
