The war on women's sports continues.

Yes, President Trump signed an executive order to ban men from competing in the women's category,

but a number of cities and states are already defying that mandate.

For over three years, we here at Crane & Company have engaged consistently in the insane and ridiculous fight to keep males from

competing in women's sports and to keep them out of women's locker rooms and restrooms altogether.

Now, a major victory was delivered when President Trump signed the Keeping Men Out of Women's Sports

Executive Order during his first week back in office. But I issued a warning to you

all. Do not get comfortable or think for a second that this matter is settled past. And over these

past few weeks, we are seeing a growing list of cities and states defy that federal order. Every

Senate Democrat voted against the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act,

which would require Title IX to treat gender as recognized based solely on a person's reproductive

biology and genetics at birth and would disallow any adjustment for it to apply to gender identity,

which is how it should be. Every Democrat voted against

that, despite the fact that a recent New York Times poll found that 67% of Democrat voters

don't believe trans athletes should be able to compete in women's sports. A statement from

Senator Tammy Baldwin out of Wisconsin, she said, when voting against this, simply put,

it's not the federal government's place to tell state and local sports leagues across the country

how to do their jobs. I want to know what are your thoughts on what Senator Baldwin is saying

when it comes to a state's rights issue, which it's surprising that the Democrats think on this

issue out of all the issues we could possibly talk about, they're in favor of state's rights.

Is this an example where the federal government does need to get involved, or is this governmental

overreach? Well, the number one job of the federal government is to keep its citizens safe.
