to keep them excited um well coach i'm gonna start off with this because you know talking about when i was

that i've been out of it for four years and it's still changed so much even since i was doing it or

david or blaine was playing and and you look at the balance now because you know the buck stops with you

on who's gonna play who's first string who string, who's second, who's third.

But we've entered a space with NIL where it's so much different now than it used to be.

How do you balance, you know, saying, you know, this guy is making this amount of money with playing time?
