well chelsea obviously one of the top teams we did beat them at the london stadium last year in the league cup which was one of the best atmospheres in one of the top teams. We did beat them at the London Stadium last

during the League Cup, which was one of the best atmospheres in the of the season.

And I don't think many people held out much hope that we would do today, but we did.

Marco on out of it, scored his first goal for the club in the sixth minute, and unbelievably for West Ham they actually held on until the end,

because we have a habit of conceding very late goals this season so I'm in an extremely good mood what about

you I'm also in an extremely good mood um I am however overseas at the moment as as you suggested I

am in Jordan um in a nice hotel on the Dead Sea, where I'm taking

part in a conference, organised by the people I work with here in Jordan, where we've got a load of,

not a load, sorry, that's very disrespectful, where we've got representatives from local government

in Jordan, and we've also got Egyptian and Iraqi MPs with a focus on women and women's

engagement and empowerment.

And there was something really exciting this afternoon about sitting in a room where Iraqi, Egyptian, Jordanian, British,

largely women were discussing sort of common issues, differences, networking, how we can work

together. So I feel, for different reasons, I feel also in a good mood and invigorated.

So what are the challenges that women in like the Iraqi

Parliament or the Egyptian Parliament face? It's interesting actually. There are common
