Hello, fellow rebel capitals. Hope you're well. So we've got big news. Trump addresses the

World Economic Forum at Davos. Buckle up. It's going to get a little bumpy in here.

There is one thing you love Trump, you hate him. the one thing you have to admit is he is definitely

entertaining and i can't wait to go over what he said in front of klaus and all of the cronies and

the global elite the authoritarian's and central planners which trump is one of but he's just a

different type he's a much much type. He's a much,

much better type, that's for sure. All right. And then we want to go over, can the U.S.

avoid recession? We know that outside of the United States, the global economy is contracting.

We've got China, we've got India, we've got the UK, we've got Germany. You hear all these

stories. Canada, for heaven's sake, just north of us. But this begs the question, can the United States avoid

what we see happening in the rest of the world? And then unfortunately, we've got more fires.

I'm by no means an expert, but it's something that I think we should all be aware of.

So starting off with Mr. Trump and Mr.

Klaus, let's go over to Bloomberg.

We'll start there.

Trump urges lower oil prices and,

drum roll, please, interest rate cuts.

Now, he didn't just say interest rate cuts.

To quote him, he'll demand that interest rate drops immediately.

So he demands that interest rates drop immediately.

That is according to Trump.

And then he's also begging or trying to persuade OPEC to lower the price of oil.
