Hello, fellow rebel capitalists. Hope you are well. We got some great stories today. Home sales, existing home sales in the United States plummet lowest level since 1995. And think about what the population was back then. Also, we have got the Federal Reserve. Will they pump stocks higher in 2025?

How will they do that?

Will they announce more QE?

Will they continue QT?

Will they pump liquidity into the system?

We're going to explore that topic.

And then we're going to look at the Michigan survey.

The University of Michigan Consumer Survey was out today.

We want to see what that says about consumer confidence and consumer sentiment.

So let's get right into it.

We're going to go over to Zero Hedge and check out what on earth is going on with existing home sales.

Right here, title, lowest level since 1995, like we said. And you have to adjust that for

inflation, not for inflation. You have to adjust that for population because there were way fewer

people back then. In fact, right here, however,

despite the last rebound for all of 2024. So they're talking about the end of 2024.

We saw a bit of a rebound. But over the entire year, it was the lowest existing home sales going

all the way back.

What was that?

30 years?

And by the way, back in 1995, there were 70 million fewer people in the United States.

So think about that.

70 million fewer people, yet same level of existing home sales.
