Summary

Karen Friedman Agnifilo, Kathleen Rice, and Danya Perry are back with a fresh episode of MissTrial, diving into the latest Trump-related headlines. They start by discussing Judge Chutkan’s hearing today in Washington, D.C., where she firmly rejected Trump’s attempts to delay proceedings and evade accountability. Chutkan took a hard stance against Trump’s lawyers, dismissing their arguments for immunity and special counsel grounds. The conversation then shifts to the New York Manhattan DA case, where the hosts examine Judge Hellerstein’s denial of Trump’s attempt to move the case to federal court while we await Judge Merchan’s decision on sentencing. Finally, they delve into a new blockbuster case revealing Russian media’s ongoing interference in the election.
