We can make the distinction between two different kinds of people.

There are racists, and that's basically white people who grew up in America steeped in the racism of our culture, who have a knee-jerk negative response to people with different color skin.

And then there are the actual racists, people like Donald, who actively revel in their hatred of people of color.

Their goal, Donald's goal, is to create a monochromatic America, an America in which only white people have rights. This is why he's going to such

great lengths to deport as many people as possible, all of them, at least so far, brown. Today, I want

to take some time to do a deep dive into another side of Donald's efforts to erase American diversity. Take a look at

this report from MSNBC and what they had to say about Donald's takeover of our cultural heritage.

The Trump administration, though, just last week began conducting this unprecedented review of exhibits at the Smithsonian ahead of the country's 250th anniversary next year.

Really is part of an effort to make sure that they comply with the president's vision of American history.

The White House budget director, Ali sent the Smithsonian last week, a letter instructing officials at eight of its

21 museums to turn over information about exhibits and plans for that commemoration within 30 days,

directing those officials to implement content corrections as it describes them where necessary,

including replacing as they describe it, divisive, divisive language.

NBC News notably found just a couple of months ago in May that at least 32 artifacts that were once on display,

specifically at the Smithsonian's African American History Museum, were removed.

One of those artifacts included a book belonging to Harriet Tubman that was filled with some of the hymns that she was believed to have sung when she was leading enslaved people to freedom.

I didn't realize unprecedented was a synonym for racist, but here we are.

The New York Times released an article this week, chronicling Donald's, not just to eliminate diversity in America, but to make the very mention of diversity taboo.
