So, Lexi, it's been a fast-moving week and it's still a fast-moving day.

Where are we now as we record this?

Well, at the time of recording and knowing that this could all change in the moment it takes to write a social media post,

we have a ceasefire that is hanging on by its fingertips.

We had threats from the US president this week that he was going to

bring an end to the civilisation in Iran. At the 11th hour, we had a ceasefire deal. But yesterday,

we saw huge attacks from Israel on Lebanon, and that seems really to be putting this very fragile sea spy in jeopardy at the moment.

And, you know, even though the UK is a kind of bit part player and all this, you could argue,

we've been doing our bit. There's been a lot of government ministers out and about.

And also, Kirstama is in the Gulf. I mean, do we even know what he's doing there?

Of course, he's there visiting troops who are out there saying thank you to them in the first instance,

but also making sure that the UK's presence is there in the Middle East, I think.

Yeah.

He's very much focused on reopening the Strait of Hormuz.
