0:31.7	And those moments that you're standing in the shower and you think that you want to do something bigger

0:46.3	And I remember five years in, I looked at my wife and said,

0:53.3	And I was at GE for another six years.
0:56.3	And so when you think about the challenges we all face, ultimately we get comfortable.
1:03.0	And we get used to a system.
1:04.7	We get tethered to it.
1:06.2	You know, I wrote a book about it.
1:07.7	And it's called The Elephant's Dilemma.
1:10.0	And the concept is that the elephant, when it's young,
1:13.2	gets tethered to a pole and as it grows really big and strong,
1:16.5	it still imagines as tethered.
1:18.4	And that's what happens to us in corporate America.
1:21.6	Every single one of us have those moments
