The scripture is 2 Thessalonians chapter 3 verse 16 and it says this,

Now may the Lord of peace himself give you his peace at all times and in every situation.

The devotional is titled The Foundation for All Peace and it's written by Charles Stanley.

Prior to a speaking event not long ago, a staff member and I were enjoying a meal on
