very professional and good and i know they're handling things and somebody's going to be in trouble right

When I was 19 years old in 1989, on April 29th, Jeff Pelly shot and killed his father,

stepmother, and two step-sisters.

Bob Dong Janelle and Jolene Pelly.

Jeff was caught stealing CDs a few weeks before and was grounded when his father found out.

Jeff wasn't allowed to go to prom or any other activities while his father being present.

Jeff was embarrassed.
