and I am one exhausted Cindy Overton.

I just got back from Houston where I mentioned on Saturday's episode that our son, L.A. would be

0:42.5

participating in his first Iron Man. And he did, and he made it. And it was amazing, such an

0:52.6

amazing community of people. And I truly want to say thank you to Kimmy and Tim,

Tim is a athlete. And he is a triathlete and an iron man and beyond.

1:18.0

And he helped L.A. train for this iron man. He gave him all the tips and the tricks and all of the,

1:27.3

you know, knowledge that he's gained through experience, which really helped L.A.

1:33.1

2:10.6

disqualify anything. So, because he knew that I would just want to run and grab him and hold him up or whatever, you know, he needed.

2:22.2

And there's a video of that moment that I posted on Facebook.

2:26.6

And it's just such an amazing feeling to watch these people that just push their body.

2:34.0

For someone Saturday, the day started, you know, like at 6 o'clock. to watch these people that just push their body.

2:38.4

For someone Saturday, the day started, you know, like at 6 o'clock.

2:39.8

That's the professionals. But every person that completed the full Ironman did a 2.4 mile swim and open water, fresh water, like from a very long lake and a canal that runs

2:57.2

through the woodlands, Texas, which is a very nice area. They then get on a bike, they transition

3:04.8

and they get on their bike when they ride 112 miles on bike and they got to ride a little bit through the woodlands, but they put them on the Beltway in Houston for a majority of it and they do a couple of loops and then they come back.

3:21.4

They transition from that and they start their full marathon. They run 26.2
