Welcome one and all to a brand spanking new episode of the low life podcast.

I'm your flaming hot and spicy, seasonally depressed, pumpkin spice latte, loving, whiskey

sipping, hot mess of a host, Lorenzo von Rumpf. And I'm so happy to be here with you

today. There's no place I'd rather be than right here with my low-lifers. I'm all nice and cozy.

I got my cute little cardigan on. I bought my scented candles. They are lit. My place is

smelling like a delicious pumpkin spice dream right now.

I'm feeling all of the fall energy. Enjoying this beautiful 94 degree weather in L.A.

Oh, it's roasting outside, but I'm over here pretending I'm in a Taylor Swift music video,

feeling all cute and

ready for autumn and fall. But it's hot as hell outside and just, yeah, it's not the fall vibe

outside in L.A. But that's okay. I can dream. I'm a little delusional at times. It's all right.

If you live in a place where you actually experience the seasons changing, I think that's an instant mental health

upgrade, at least for me, well, I don't live in it, but I would love to experience that.

I get my little taste, my little sampler of the seasons changing and getting to see the fall

leaves and how beautiful it looks out there by doing a little bit of travel.

And so every fall, I like to take some sort of a trip, and I'm going back to Nashville, Tennessee. I'm actually starting off in Austin, Texas. Shout out to my Texans, my low lifers in Texas. I know I got a bunch out there. I love you. Thank you for listening. I'm a big fan of Texas. I have family there, but I've never been to Austin. Yeah, so this is going to be a first for me.

If you have any recommendations, delicious food spots or places to go, any places you recommend, please let me know because I'm only there for a few days, but I want to try to get in at least a couple really good food spots. I'm always down for a delicious breakfast.
