Hi, everyone. It's Joey. Like, I needed to tell you, like, it was Ashley Harvey. Could you imagine? Dear God. I have a solid case of the Los Angeles allergies two weeks before I moved to New York City. So I sound like a mix between Harvey Firestein and Kathleen Turner. I hope you enjoy. feeding you? Whenever anyone loses their voice, I just think of Phoebe Bufet wanting her cold

back so she can have a sexy voice. She's like, oh, oh, no. You sound terrible. I don't know how I'm going to take you

seriously through this recording, but we're here. Yes, we are here. And a lot of shit happened last

week, so we're going to be covering a few topics here. Yeah, you know, as we said a couple

weeks ago, Joey and I have been really trying to focus the rundown on one case. But so much

shit went down again this week. We got to kind of tie up

some loose ends, give you some updates, and then we're going to dive into a very, very important

case that had a huge break this week. Well, after eight hours of deliberation, a jury in Honolulu

found Dr. Gerhard Koenig guilty of attempted

manslaughter. Initially, he was charged with second degree murder. Just a reminder that Konig allegedly

attempted to push his wife Ariel over a cliff in Hawaii, and when that failed, he tackled

her to the ground and repeatedly hit her in the head with a

large stone with the intention of killing her. But two women heard the commotion, confronted him,

and he stopped. I love how we call it a commotion. What is that over there? A commotion? Oh,
