0:55.2	So before we kick off, because I'm sure there are people who are listening to this who have not met all of us,
1:01.7	why don't you share your origin stories?
1:04.4	Why don't we start with Eric?
1:05.7	Yeah.
1:06.1	Well, mine is a bummer, so it's good to get that out of the way right away.
1:09.7	My brother was murdered 39 years ago, and I've been fighting for justice for him ever since.
1:15.7	And so everything I do, everything I have done, has been in honor of him and in memory of him.
1:22.3	So I started True Consequences in 2019.
1:25.3	It's been a very long time since my listeners have heard from me.
1:27.8	This will actually be the first episode in a long time. So I'm excited to reintroduce myself to
1:32.9	everybody. But from there, I started a nonprofit called Angels Boys, Silence No More. We helped
1:37.6	families of the missing and murdered their grants to help them plan their advocacy efforts. And
1:42.1	then I also founded AdvocacyCon with a couple of really amazing advocate friends of mine, Whitney and Melissa.
