Just to spend a couple days in Iowa for one of my favorite times of the year

an event for those non-cycling fans or people that have never been.

Big event there called Ragbry, R-A-G-B-R-A- a i which means the registers annual great bike ride

across iowa thirty thousand people a day a complete freak show on bikes, like I said,

literally one of my favorite times of the year

just to see so many people peddling

and such a cool vibe there with bad food or good food not so healthy food but

good food cold beer good friends we went with a great group of guys, my buddy Jimmy Johnson, Matt Kenseth, Ryan Dungy, Mike Closure, John Castamus, of course Bolchka. It was a great trip and so thanks to T.J and everybody out there and along the way for making us feel welcome. Cannot wait to get back.

Hey, and then also too, in other things, Stages Podcast,

I'm a little, I'm having kind of withdrawals from the Stages Podcast

and getting a lot of comments about where we take that next.
