A couple weeks ago, Jim Everett, apparently joined the Legion of Rams fans who had called me out for daring to suggest that if the Rams had traded for A.J. Brown, they would trade Devante Adams as part of that transaction. Fake news, they would say.

And then just a week ago today, Sean McVeigh confirmed that, yes, they talked to Devante Adams

about the possibility of trading him without mentioning that A.J. Brown was the other side of it,

but that's the obvious implication. So I wish we had gotten Jim ever today.

It's a little early in the West Coast.

I assume he lives at that.
