Well you know what I learned recently is some information about my own exercise metabolism.

So what I did is I ran on a treadmill.

My test was about 45 minutes long I was breathing into a machine that tested the gases that

I expelled out of my mouth and what's amazing is this machine based on the composition

of the gases that you exhale it can tell you what you're burning for fuel at that point

and most importantly you know at this given point of this test am I burning carbohydrate
