Stevie B. Yeah, buddy. Gosh, it feels like forever. I know I know we texted. I know you were on vacation. I can't

hear about it, but we really didn't talk. You had a busy week. I had a busy week. Yeah, we get to catch up for the

people for the people, whether you like it or not folks. Here we go. That's right. I got my coffee. Oh,

they get you're bringing out the holiday mug already. I know I got a coffee. I made it super strong today. Yeah,

I'm going to just straight black coffee. Okay. I'm going to fast. I'm fasting today. Oh, okay. Great. Great. So 24 hour fast.

Oh, it's 24 hour. Mm hmm. Mm hmm. How do you just to get what do you eat? What do you eat? What do you eat before you like just a regular

day and then you just jump into it or do you prep a little bit? No, I didn't prep. Um, there's a few reasons actually. Um,

but yeah, it was McKenna's graduation yesterday. So I guess I'm going to start because I know you were going to

talk about your occasion, but she graduated yesterday. Amazing. Unreal. Yeah, it was it was an amazing. It was a

beautiful ceremony. It was just so awesome. Her school is pretty small. So there were I think like 52 people in

her graduating class. But that's cool. Then all of them feel like they get their moment probably, right? Yeah, for sure. And

that's what they wanted to do for everybody also. So it was it was just it was a great day, man. It was a great day. And, uh,

leading up to it. Um, she kind of had this, uh, what the heck is it called? Oh, boy. Some symposium. Is that

it? Is that the word? That is a word symposium. That's not like that. All right. Well, they have to do their

senior project. So it was more like a science fair where you go table with table. Yeah, yeah, yeah, what their

senior project was. So that was cool. That was that was prior. But also this whole week, I've been prepping for

my photo shoot for my app and all that stuff. So, um, anyway, to make a long story short, I ate a lot of

cake yesterday. I ate a lot of graduation cake. So we had a nice, uh, we ordered some food and had a
