I think a lot of people at the same, everyone's immune system's just been flattened by

standing in for 18 months, and now we're at all these bugs are doing the rounds and everybody's

You know what I'm doing, I get my little collection of bits and bobs for when I'm cold,

when I've got a cold on here, so I've got like the strepsils. My most valuable thing is the

block nose spray, which I've heard I've talked about before I got quite addicted to it,

actually some listeners are related to me on that, because they're very addictive,

because it's so invigorating when you spray your nose like, your nose feels like it's got concrete

pulled into it, you just cannot breathe for your nose, and then one square of this stuff,

it's just like it nukes it, and then suddenly you're breathing, you're like, this is what air

really feels like, right? Is this, is this no other than a counterproduct?

Yeah, yeah, it's off the shelf mate, it's off the f**king shelf, and it's, I do feel that it's

addictive because it's like, it's like, I've never taken LSD, but I've read a lot about it,

and the way that people say when you take LSD, suddenly you see the well as it actually is,

not how I'm, because parts of your brain, you don't like most of our brains just not, not being

utilised. I think it's like a windscreen wiper across your consciousness, is that right?
