It just highlights how venture, when done well, gets a return that no other asset class can give you.

And you can't get that multiple.

And that's why backing these early stage founders that's

like when people talk about having a barbell strategy having an asymmetrical return that's what venture does

when it's done well yesterday in the precinct was a first time founder who is struggling to get any sort

of traction and all of the conversations are about the product.

The product does this, I've added this feature,

it's this, it's smart XYZ,

versus conversation with But Tran, who's had an idea

and the entire conversation is about go to market.

How am I gonna get customers?

And we saw Andrew Barnes too and that's where they're fixated,

more so than the product,

whereas a first time founder would probably come into that and go, I'm going to build out

all this AI tourie, I'm going to be predictive this and predictive that.

No, no, no, build a great business.

Where I think the technical skill set comes in, well, yeah, it's super easy for me to build something on the front end and go,

here's what I want, here's the interaction, here's how I want it to look and feel,

but deploying it and making sure that your data is in a safe and secure environment,

that the two-factor authentication is working perfectly.

All of those things, I think, is where technical ability is more important.
