In terms of a constant theme across multiple economists around the days of low interest rates are gone.

I think it'll level out somewhere between three to five percent.

So it's definitely in line with what the 10 years showing as well.

So that's why one of the things I want to ask is how does he work out what is the stuff to learn from to go, yeah, you know what?

Yeah, no, that is not acceptable.

We need to improve that versus no, difference of perception, difference of opinion, we're
